Special Orders

We have relationships with multiple manufacturers who will make custom mattress sizes. Contact our store 954-732-3474 or mattressoutlet954@hotmail.com to find out more. It’s the perfect way to get the exact mattress you need for that custom bed! In these situations, we ask the product be paid in full before we place the order. Shipping times vary by manufacturer, but we will do our best to provide you with an estimated ship date.  Please double check measurements.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed Mattress Outlets Original packaging. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 14 day, After 14 days there is no service agreement. No Exception.

  • Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise with a copy of an invoice. Please e-mail or mail to: mattressoutlet954@hotmail.com . Please contact your local warehouse (954)732-3474 also 7750 Taft st Hollywood Fl 33024 for their procedure.

  • We will not accept any exchange or return on any stained,  ripped , water damaged item unless caused by the shipping .

  • There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items. (Call for details).

  • Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the freight carrier. Before signing the freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages. (Please make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages).

  • All returned shipments must be freight prepaid with RMA number and original invoice.

  • No cash refunds. Exchange or credit only.

  • For all damage claims, please have the original invoice and RMA number.

Please allow your body several weeks to adjust to the new mattress. You can expect the mattress to be slightly firmer in the first few weeks. You may notice a faint odor from the new foam used to produce the mattress, do not be alarmed as it will dissipate within a few days. If, after four weeks, you are not satisfied, the first step is to make sure another variable is not impacting your sleep quality. Pillows, sheets, foundations and other coverings can all affect temperature and comfort. We can help to troubleshoot the situation. However, if we are unable to address your issue successfully, please visit the store to see if you are eligible for an exchange.

Delivery

We offer delivery for South Florida within 48hrs on select items . However, pricing will vary based on location and mileage. Please see the closest store for details and pricing or call 954-732-3474 for quote.

 

Haul Away

Available in only in Dade county, Broward County and Palm Beach County.  We’re happy to help as we know getting rid of an old mattress can be difficult, however, please note it is at the discretion of our delivery team. If they feel removing the mattress presents a risk to them or their equipment, for sanitary reasons they are permitted to refuse. Our standard fee is $20 per mattress and $20 per box springs or foundation; however, pricing may range per store location. We do not take away old headboards, frames, water beds, etc.
